Save Me, I’m Drowning
Rin_Did_It
Summary:
Midoriya Izuku was quirkless. Midoriya Inko said so, Dr. Tsubasa said so, all of his peers said so, and all of them were lying.
He knew the ‘medicine’ Inko had been giving him since he was four wasn’t medicine, it was quirk suppressants.
Because the one time he didn’t take it, was the day he saved Bakugou Katsuki’s life.
