Summary
The Jedi escape the draft, scattering across the galaxy as the Republic and clones alike try to find them. Obi-Wan, tasked with remaining on Coruscant with a portion of the archives, watches on as the clones successfully end the war and kill Palpatine. He assumes that means he'll be able to live his life in relative peace, at least for a little while. And he does, right up until two little runaway clones end up on his fire escape.
Two little clones whose uncles happen to be the very people demanding a manhunt for the Jedi Order that abandoned them.

Certain he's been sent back to end Sidious, he steals a ship and begins his journey towards becoming capable of killing a Sith Master.
It just so happens the ship he steals is Jango's.

Summary
When the clones break free of their chips a few months into the Empire's reign, they think they succeeded in Order 66 and wiped out the majority of the jedi. They devote all of their time and energy into destroying the Empire and saving what force-sensitives are left, doing whatever they can do make up for the lives they destroyed.
And then Fox finds Ferus Olin, and through a chance encounter with the leader of the Rebellion, the clones learn that the jedi might not be as lost as they thought.

Ferus is very confused.
He was helping some rebel pilots escape Rithax. Then he was running for his life. Then he was captured, but apparently not kidnapped. Treated by the very people who attacked the temple and tried to mass murder the jedi. And then he was drugged and captured by pirates, and now he’s here.
