Summary
After the deaths of Severus Snape and Albus Dumbledore, fate decided to torture (or bless them) one final time and rewind the clock, bringing them back to June of 1991. With Harry Potter no older than a preteen and Voldemort no longer revived, the two men band together to eradicate the future they had come from and do right by the chosen boy, who was no longer quite so chosen. Not in any way that mattered. With an extensive list of Horcruxes to destroy, Dumbledore sets off on the quest of a lifetime. And Severus is reduced to being The-Boy-Who-Lived most unexpected babysitter. Somehow, Dumbledore got the lesser of two evils. Not only was Potter nothing like how Severus remembered, he was also twice as powerful as before. Merlin, he was not paid enough for this!
