Summary
Anthology containing:
The Desert Storm
In Tatooine legend, the sandstorm is Lukka, the Fury, both cleansing and damning. Lukka, the slaves believed, was Justice, was he who remade the world, and remade the soul.
The storm screams at him, and Obi-Wan Kenobi screams back.
Ruin
Sometimes, where we come from matters less than where we are going.
Fallout
The training of the Learner is the prerogative of the Master.
Supposedly.
True Colors
Some names can be cast off, but some names follow you.
Some names aren't yours to give away.
In Crisis
It is often easier to do for others what one cannot do for themselves.
What is Sown
Some plants must be pruned to thrive, and others, once cut, never bloom again.
Remembrance
There are things you know that you can't remember, and things you remember which you wish you did not know.
Remembrance: Part II
The past is a dangerous place. It is the memories of the things that once were which made us who we are, and can unmake us.
Remembrance: Part III
Zodiac
There is a strange power to the stars you were born under.
Lineage
What we pass down is not always picked up by those who come after us.
In some cases, this makes them better than we were.
In some cases, they are worse.Deliverance
It is said that the journey is more important than the destination.
This is... not always so.
Fever
Rising from the ashes is a laudable thing. Burning, not so much.
Stories within a Story
This work is a collection of small, prompt based vignettes that take place within the Desert Storm series.
The content involved will have some, but not a major impact on the plot of the Desert Storm series.
You may propose SHORT prompts in the comments, and I'll see what I can do.
Stories Within a Story II
More bonus content for the Holidays!
As before, feel free to leave prompts in the comments and I will see what I can do.
Night
In truth, there can be no light without darkness.
Ripples
If you are going to cast stones in ponds, you should expect to get wet.
Sa Sarad
Sa sarad cuyir gotal de pitat, runi cuyir gotal de akaan.
As flowers are grown by rain, so is the soul grown by war.
Tarot
Fate has a funny way of filling out the roles to be played.
Mirage
Many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.
