    Summary

When Depur sends Vader back to Tatooine for the third time, Anakin visits his mother. He cannot go to her grave, but the place she died is a ruin. Surely, he can go there and talk to her. Before, there was nothing left for him to lose, but now there is Leia, just the right age to be his child, and the world he broke before she could see it.

Anakin speaks his regrets to the desert, until the wind whispers back.

He awakens, 18 years in the past, in the moment before his first evil.

Is this a piece of Ar-Amu's promise? The will of the Force? Yes, of course. But whichever you believe in, know that the trickery of Ekkreth will surely play its part.

    Glittering Chains

On Christophsis, Asajj Ventress follows her master's orders, Obi-Wan Kenobi has a knee injury, and Sargent Slick awaits execution. None of this is precisely Anakin Skywalker's problem.

    But long ago,

Ekkreth was going along, not looking for trouble, and they met a woman who had forgotten where she came from. She was called Keekta Du.

In the House of the Sun

After a disastrous attempt at finding freedom in promises of a Sith Apprentice on Christophsis, Slick has been sent to Tatooine. He comes bearing gifts.

    Tales of Ryloth

Three venators hang in the sky above Ryloth, a blockade in their way.

    Or,
Ventress, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka walk into a sith temple.

    The Form of her Heart

She is satisfied. She is happy. She is Barriss Offee, Jedi Padawan and healer. She is all of these things. In one world, she is even a loyal Commander until she spends weeks pouring out her bitterness at Letta Turmond’s easy prompting. Then, well…

But with a red feathered vigilante comes a different offer, and another choice.

    This Story Can Kill You

After Ashoka is badly injured by Count Dooku, and the 501st is recalled to Coruscant for leave, Anakin has little to do but wait and worry for his student. Ekkreth's plans have ground to a halt for the moment, awaiting the next opportunity to inch the restraining bolt around the galaxy a little closer to falling off.

Over the course of two conversations, he finds it.

Darth Vader tells Count Dooku about a story.

    Summary

The one where Vader turned double agent for the Rebellion about three years after ROTS, and Leia is now his primary contact with the Rebellion.

This is a collection of oneshots that all fit into the same universe, but posted in no particular order. Updated when the muse strikes me.

Alternate summary, according to TV Tropes: A man attempts to escape slavery by turning into one of his culture heroes, teaching his daughter how to do magic, killing people, and flower arranging.

    Shape-Changer

His Master liked to say that Vader was born in fire on Mustafar. But Ekkreth was born in the desert.

    Words in the Heart

“XF-53,” he said, “will your programming permit me to tell you a story?”

“There is no prohibition against that. A story cannot do damage.”

“Is that what he thinks? Good.”

(Or, what Anakin was up to during those four hours between meeting the Grandmother and finally contacting Palpatine in Shape-Changer.)

(Words in the Heart) Cannot Be Taken

For the first time since everything changed on Tatooine, KD-7, the droid officially known as XF-53, must make a report to Emperor Palpatine. And then receive the standard memory wipe.

In which Leia discovers she is Force sensitive, finds herself a teacher, talks politics with Darth Vader, and reaches all the right conclusions…about the wrong parent.

    The Emperor's Speech

Leia hates the Emperor's interminable speeches. But they're slightly more tolerable when she has someone to mock them with.

    Optimal Functioning

    Fulcrum, meet Ekkreth.

This is the story of how Depur stole the moon from the sky, and how Ekkreth the Trickster stole it back thrice over.

    (But that's no moon...)

    Flowers for the Emperor

Someone is sending the Emperor seditious flowers. Senator Pooja Naberrie is delighted.

(Or, I finally write the Bouquet of Disdain as an actual fic.)

    Bedrock

“And now, Your Highness, we will discuss the location of your hidden Rebel base.”

(Leia's Death Star interrogation in the double agent 'verse.)

    The Only Verdict

In which Darth Vader prevents Leia from Force choking someone (yes, really), Leia swears revenge, an escape plan is hatched, and Luke Skywalker finally makes an appearance.

Or, the destruction of Alderaan in the double agent ‘verse. Because this is Star Wars, and everything is pain.

    Aftermath
