Summary

In this world, Shujin Academy is not ruled by a corrupt teacher, making the lives of the students hell. In this world, it's ruled by the Student Council President, who makes sure that everybody is on their best behavior at all times. Makoto Niijima does not care for troublemakers. So when Akira Kurusu is framed for a crime and enters Shujin Academy as the "delinquent transfer student", he's going to learn very quickly just how scary Shujin's Student "Queen" is.

His whole life has been a nightmare because of them, starting with his mother's murder, and now his job, which involved killing them on Shido's command when he wasn't doing detective work. They were bloodthirsty, deceptive parasites that filled the dark crevices of the city, waiting for their next target. They didn't care about humans, or anything as far as he knew—as long as they were fed. He's almost certain they don't feel things like love, happiness, or remorse, either.
And what's worse, he's starting to suspect his boyfriend is one of them.

Summary
All Goro Akechi wanted was to be a well-respected detective. If that meant enduring a slew of meaningless fluff cases assigned by the higher-ups, so be it. If it meant spending his free time chasing after baseless rumors about a high school gang of self-described "social reformers", fine.
Except the rumors aren't so baseless after all, and as he attempts to catch these 'Phantom Thieves' in an actual, documented act of wrongdoing, he finds himself becoming entangled with the gang more deeply than he ever intended - all thanks to their leader, who decided to take a special interest in him. An obnoxiously flirtatious interest.
