    ----
“This isn’t about your family, Nightwing. It’s about you. It’s always been about you. For some time now I have been searching for an apprentice–someone to follow in my footsteps. And Nightwing, I’ve chosen you.”
    ---
Dick Grayson will sacrifice everything to keep his family safe, even if it means becoming the apprentice of the man he hates the most in the world. But is his family willing to let him go without a fight?

    Museum Mishap

Middle-School Tim Drake is on a field trip to the Science Museum, but with a WE exhibition of top-secret new technologies being staged in the basement, Tim separates from his classmates and breaks into the staff-only areas by using the skills he's developed over years of stalking Batman and Robin.

Current-Robin Jason Todd catches him in the act, but he's not there to confront Tim for trespassing or truancy - he's there because there's a rumor on the street that Tim Drake knows Batman's real name. And the rumor's gaining ground, quick, drawing in the wrong kind of attention.

When a Drug-Lord decides to take the rumor seriously enough to kidnap the little genius, Jason jumps into the crossfire.
It all goes downhill from there. Fast.

A (SMART) Bird's Guide to Manners

    Alfred is Magic.
His sheer epic-ness shows itself clearly as he raises an unruly flock of baby birds.

A new drug is sweeping through the streets, killing almost everyone it touches. GCPD's given up on finding the culprit, of even figuring out what the new drug IS, and Batman is on the case. He, Nightwing, and Robin are actively investigating with support from Batgirl and a very special stalker who's becoming part of the family faster than anyone realizes.

Except Jim Gordon... Jim Gordon is not surprised. He would be amused if not for the ridiculous caseload on his desk and the hopelessness of the new drug to which most of his cases are linked. But perhaps the new kid can help.

    Red Rising

Tim doesn’t believe in heroes any more. He has no reason to. That fantasy is beyond him now.

Jason Peter Wayne-Todd is dead. Robin, the Boy Wonder, Batman's young partner… Tim’s idol… and his friend… has died. Tim had just gotten used to the idea of having a friend… and now that friend is dead. It's a fact at this point. A statistic.

    Robin is Dead.
But Batman NEEDS a Robin. And since Jason died for the Crusade, since Jason LIVED for it... Tim's gonna protect that legacy no matter what. Tim's world might be ending, but he's going to ensure that Gotham stays standing in the aftermath.

    ***

A stand alone Tim Drake becoming Robin story that follows his struggle to become an adequate replacement for the hero that he idolized - one that doesn't make him an athletic prodigy, or magic him into being awesome. This is a story that takes the grit and determination (and mild psychosis and penchant for obsessiveness) that naturally makes him awesome and shows how he applies that to becoming worthy of the Robin mantle.

It fits into the AU of this series (where Tim and Jason met while Jason was Robin), but it can easily be read without the others.

i didn't want to be (here)

    .
The BatFam has reached an Impasse, with Jason running Crime Alley as Red Hood and the rest of them just kind of ignoring it as long as Hood doesn't kill outside his territory.

Tim thinks it's bullshit and is hell bent on getting the family to reconcile – even if it kills him (which it probably might).

When Tim shows up on Jason's roof, punch drunk and dying, the ex-Robin winds up saving his Replacement and suddenly has to deal with the consequences of his choices (and so does everyone else)...
    ___

Fits into the Series AU (with Tim and Jason meeting while Jason was Robin), but can be read without the others.

    Trading Faces

It's been 5 years since Jason died.
It's been 4 years since he came back with a chip on his shoulder and a taste for bloodshed.
It's been 2 years since he started trying to detox from the Lazarus Pit and rejoin the Family.
It's only been a year since his last major blow-up with the Family, 9 months since the last time he injured a fellow Bat severely enough to land them on the sidelines for over a week.

So this working together with Red Robin thing is still new, still fragile, and Jason is not the only one struggling to cope with it. And when a routine disruption of a smuggling operation takes an odd turn, Tim and Jason find themselves with a whole new perspective to sift through.

AKA - that stand-alone Bodyswap (taken very seriously) Fic I promised.

    Multiverse Mishap | BatFam Version

One slip up in the lab has Tim Drake careening into a new world where things are rather dramatically different from the world he’s used to. Fortunately, this is not his first rodeo. He knows how to handle this nonsense, more or less at least. Unfortunately, the people of the world he’s wound up in see things a little differently. And when Dick Grayson and Jason Todd mount an ill-conceived rescue mission, things get complicated very quickly.

    --

ie, Little dumbass Timmy Drake makes an oops, big time. When he gets sucked into an alternate dimension rather far removed from the one he knows, he’s mistaken for a certain missing angel by Sam and Dean Winchester and taken back to their “bat cave”… Things just spiral out from there, and between that good ol’ Winchester Luck, traditional BatFam nosiness, and a few surprise guests, that spiraling is bound to be a quick slide downhill… But just maybe, it’ll be enough to force a few extra stubborn someones to actually confront that dreaded villain known as their own emotional wellbeing (and certain, romantically inclined feelings they harbor).

    Summary

Harry Potter, of all people, knows that life isn’t always fair. And no one gets to be happy all of the time. But surely there’s something more—something better—than a rubbish Ministry job, and a lonely old house, and that feeling that everyone out there is doing a better job of living than Harry is.

And it really doesn’t seem fair that Draco Malfoy is back in Harry’s life, all of a sudden, and even though he’s wandless, and living with Muggles, and making his mother cry with his lifestyle choices, he’s happy. So what's he doing right, that Harry isn’t?

Because things don’t really change, do they? And if Harry can’t be happy, he’ll settle for a good night’s sleep, some posh antiques, and the opportunity to find out what Malfoy has been up to for all these years.

And that’s what starts it all.

    Come On Play Me Something

Midoriya Izuku had dreams once of taking the music world by storm; now he's just trying to keep his head above water and the bills from piling up. In an effort for extra cash he rents out his spare bedroom on Airbnb, and winds up hosting a striking young pianist who introduces himself only as Shouto. Shouto's coldly polite, highly mysterious, and unwittingly determined to drag out all of Izuku's once buried ambitions, whether Izuku likes it or not.

All the Things You've Said (and the Things You've Done)

    {Epilogue to Come On Play Me Something.}

One year after the start of their strange and wondrous relationship, Shouto and Izuku celebrate their anniversary, Christmas Eve style.

(Why isn't it just that simple?)

And All The Spaces In Between

Collections of small moments from the Come On Play Me Something universe, in no particular order.

Next up: A lazy, indulgent morning.

(Please note the rating change as of Ch 6!!)

Don't Be Scared (We've Only Just Begun)

He and Shouto haven't been together long, but ever the romantic, Izuku plans something special for Valentine's Day.

(Too bad things can never be that easy.)

All Your Wrongs and Your Rights

Shouto really isn’t all that good at the whole relationship thing, but being with Izuku makes him want to try. Even if it means leaving himself open and vulnerable.

    Buttons: REWRITTEN

ONE SHOT: In this non-magical AU, Draco tries to convince a band junkie Harry that he's worth his time...

A/N: So, I wrote this maybe three years ago, and I recently wrote a sequel for it. Looking back on this one-shot prologue, I don't believe it's up to the calibre of where I'm at now, but it's the necessary intro to the boys and to the sequel, Payment in Post-its :) Hope you enjoy!

    Payment in Post-its - A Sequel

A/N: Be sure to read the prequel "Buttons" first! I wrote it about 4 years ago, so it's not up to my standards anymore, but it's necessary to setup Payment in Post-its properly :) Hope you enjoy! Draco is determined to win over Harry Potter, the wild rockstar in the making. But Potter is elusive, confusing and hesitant to commit... and has more secrets then he lets on.
