Summary
Tokyo's rising 'Detective Prince' Akechi Goro is a young man dedicated to truth and justice, no matter the cost. He's focused his entire purpose on obtaining justice for his deceased mother and exposing the lies of his corrupt father.
But when he begins investigating a series of cases around a conspiracy group known as the 'New World Order', Akechi finds himself entangled with an underground ring of detectives working under the Velvet Agency, a band of rogue upstart phantom thieves called the Masked Circle, and one very eccentric and troubled teenager at the middle of it all named Suou Akira.
It's not how he planned to solve the case of his life, but Akechi Goro is dedicated to truth and justice.

Up and coming ‘detective prince’ Goro Akechi has come to Sumaru City to aid in investigating a series of gruesome murders. Solving a case, chasing down a murderer, unraveling a mystery is usually no problem for a genius like him- too bad the son of his host, Akira Suou, is a mystery he cannot solve.

A Journey To You
The events of Sumaru City might be over, but before anything can progress there are some things to get over first. For the Suou’s it’s dealing with the traumatic past of their family. For Goro, it's navigating the new maze of a conspiracy theorist and operators he’s been integrated into. For the Masked Circle, it's just adapting to life outside of high school...
But there is one thing Akira knows for certain, that the first step to getting over it, is getting the hell out of Sumaru City. Whether Tatsuya and Jun like it or not.

Summary
Goro's been waiting years for his eighteenth birthday, so he can finally out one over on his father. He plans to serve him revenge the only way he knows how, but ruining Shido's life with his death. Its a simple task. Easy to do.
But he didn't expect to be rescued, and stranded on a deserted isle. At least he thinks its deserted. He can't find his rescuer, but every morning there's a pile of freshly caught fish on the beach. And at night he can see someone out in the water watching him from just beyond his campfire's light.
They refuse to come talk to him, but every time he tries to drown himself they pull him back from the brink of death.
Is this just a cruel game, or maybe Goro has found someone to help him find the value he feels his life has lost.
