In a world where superheroes are merely comic book characters and the idea of the multiverse is only a theory found within the pages of science fiction, how are Tim and Damian going to return home? How long will they be stranded on this strange Earth? And will the boys murder each other before they figure it out?

or, How Tim Drake Found A Family, Became A Photojournalist, Learned To Love Coffee, and Grew Up, not necessarily in that order.
Tim Drake is thirteen, runs the famous BatWatch blog that has spiraled hilariously out of control, has absentee parents that suit his purposes just fine, is training himself to run the streets at night, and is doing absolutely peachy, thank you.
Alfred and Jason disagree, and get Dick and Bruce involved in figuring out their weird nextdoor neighbor kid’s life. Everything goes uphill from there.
betting warmth against the cold
It’s Tim’s first Christmas as an official member of the Wayne family. He’s struggling with some mixed feelings and old wounds, but luckily Bruce and his brothers are there to walk him through it.
Blackbird
Tim drake is settling into his new role as Robin, learning what it is to be part of a family, and slowly healing day by day. With the addition of Cass to the family, and then of Stephanie Brown as well, things go pretty well for a while for the Waynes, despite the new difficulties Tim, Cass, and Steph are all navigating with their respective parents. But in an international plot to take down Gotham city, a whole lot of Batdad taking care of traumatized kids, and a serious epidemic where no one is safe anymore, and it’s going to take everything the Batfam has if they're going to save Gotham this time.

In true Bruce fashion, Batman left Gotham for Paris on a simple “help Diana with a stolen artifact and meet a couple business clients as a cover” mission and somehow returned four days late with two cracked ribs, a box of authentic French fruit tarts, and a whole entire child following him off of the plane.

Would it really be a year in Tim's life if it didn't have at least one kidnapping, new sibling, spontaneous road trip, or world-ending threat? (Or, maybe, just to spice things up—how about all of the above?)
It's Damian's turn to join the Wayne family, through a wild set of circumstances that, really...is pretty normal for them at this point. Ra's schemes, Bruce worries, the kids cause loving chaos, and things somehow, as always, tend to work out in the end.

Dick Grayson is the most affectionate and physical child in the world, except for when he isn't.

Damian snoops on Netflix and watches something he really shouldn't have, and has a meltdown. When Bruce has averted the crisis, it's Tim who steps in to have a talk, and to both Tim and Damian's surprise, it goes better--and more honestly--than they could expect. Gratuitous dog cuddles sure help, too.

But when he returns to save Gotham, his past not only came to hurt him but his youngest brother. Jason does his best to bring out his inner Dick Grayson for the time being. Tim and Damian make a bet before the family has to leave for the Kane family reunion, where Bruce dreads attending. At first, the bet was funny to watch but the family quickly becomes annoyed with the twos out of character tendencies. Or, Tim Drake becomes a neurotic health freak with self preservation and Damian perfects the art of puppy dog eyes and movies with talking animals.
Blankets and Sons
Out of all Bruce’s children, Jason was the easiest to deal with when he was sick. Dick whined and snapped even at Alfred. Tim has no sense of self preservation, so Bruce usually has to wait till Tim was in need or real attention. Cassandra was reluctant to take any medication if it was grape flavored. And Damian would snarl at any potential threat. But Jason was easy, Jason just wanted his dad and lots of blankets

Now that Selina is staying on the manor's grounds, she just doesn't understand why her fiancé won't close or shut the window and door. Damian hates the multiverse. He’s met plenty of versions of himself. The one that practiced magic, the really evil one, the girl one, the one that took over Ra’s al Ghul… But then he never had to deal with a helpless one. One that grew up normal and safe. One that was never an assassin. One that isn’t Robin.
One that needed protection.
“Don’t go,” Alternate Damian wrapped his arms around Dick, “The bad people are coming and-”
The bad people were the league of another universe. The Damian Wayne of that universe was a healthy, raised by Alfred and Bruce, never died, untrained ten year old. A world where Damian’s father refused to let his children out there until they were eighteen.
“You agreed to let this imbecile stay with us?” Damian asked his father who geared up.
“I’ve been to that universe. It is one of my more favorable ones, I agreed to help that Bruce. The league there is not familiar with interdimensional traveling,” Bruce explained. Damian frowned at the thought, oh well it’s only for a few hours.

Ragdoll
Upon Damian’s arrival to the manor and within his run as Robin, he can agree that he was slightly cold and only engaged in touch if it were to battles. Since then he has made his own progress and adjusted to being the so called ‘Baby’ of the family as the media has pinned it. But the greatest adjustment he has had to make has been how his family does not find him to be a skilled warrior but some kind of pliable child to hold or throw or even worse… cuddle.
Damian did not understand the human instinct that if a family member that was younger was around then you should pull them into your lap. It made no sense whatsoever yet it occurred all the time and Damian seems to be helpless to stop it. He doesn’t even realize it occurs until it is too late. That is how serious this issue has become.
.... Or people keep pulling Damian into their laps and he's getting annoyed
A Brother In Need, A Brother Without, A City Falls
“Drake,” Damian’s voice sounded small.
“Does it hurt?” Tim asked, making out Damian’s figure a little better with the tad bit of light coming through from the morning. That meant sun was rising.
“Worse,” Damian cracked a tad, “I can’t feel it anymore.”
Tim swallowed hard trying to remember what that could mean.A lot of it is bad and the possibilities of it being good aren’t well known enough to Tim to truly voice. Besides, doesn’t Damian have the knowledge of a medical student- he already knows what it could mean and that’s why he sounds so blatantly fearful. Nothing Tim can say will take that fear or risk away. Tim grabbed the small hand.
