Some of Harry's memories end up in the past and he has to figure out 1. what to do about the shitty things he sees in his future, 2. how this happened in the first place, and 3. if he may just be making it all worse anyway. It doesn't help that his saviour complex apparently travelled back with him.
What he knows is that neither Voldemort nor Dumbledore have his best interest at heart, so he may as well be on his own side - and recruit as many people as possible to help/save.
That means making old and new friends as well as enemies, starting his political career early and messing with the timeline. A lot. After all, he will drag the wizarding world into the next century - kicking and screaming if he has to. And if that's not an excuse to be mayhem personified, Harry doesn't know what is.

To Everybody's Disapproval
After having some of his older self's memories unceremoniously dumped into his mind, Harry has changed a few things: Vernon is gone, Harry started learning magic from Walburga Black and he has a snake familiar named Mehen. Things have settled as much as they can - until his Hogwarts letter finally arrives and he has some choices to make.
There's the question of how much he's willing to sacrifice and what to change about the horrible future he has seen. And how much can 11-year-old him change anyway when faced with experienced adults who may be playing their own games to keep control of him and students who seem to hate him?Time to find out and step on some toes in the process. After all, somebody will have to get rid of Quirrelmort and turn this death trap into the semblance of a school. And if Dumbledore won't, Harry will sure try.
One thing is for sure: this time, he won't conform to anyone's expectations but his own.Of Monsters and Men
After a very turbulent start in the wizarding world, Harry finally enters his second Hogwarts year.
Well. If Aunt Petunia will let him go after at least five attempts on his life within the last nine months, that is. There's also the fact to consider that he still has lawyers and Amelia Bones to sic on a boatload of people, Sirius to free, Pettigrew to frame and a diary to steal.With a basilisk roaming the hallways and dementors the grounds of Hogwarts, as well as scheming people like Dumbledore and Tom Riddle to face, maybe staying in the muggle world would be safer. But Harry wouldn't be Harry if he didn't try to use the situation to correct some serious wrongs in the magical world and further his political agenda. At least this time around, he has some semi-competent adults (and paintings) at his back and a bunch of friends to support him in all the crazy endeavours his heart desires.
Besides, there is Dudley's vendetta against one Gilderoy Lockhart to consider. Nobody could pass up on that sort of entertainment.
The Breaking of Glass
Year three at Hogwarts is fast approaching and Harry has high hopes that nothing can be as chaotic as the events he just went through.
But Pettigrew’s trial is coming up, Harry has a sulking horcrux to deal with, and Aunt Walburga wants him to officially take over Slytherin. There’s also the wanna-be murderer trying to kill the Black family and the fact that all family members think Harry is an adult called Mr White.It's the first time Harry has to act mostly without foreknowledge because he certainly didn't hang out with hags and werewolves before and Harry wasn't on (semi-)talking terms with the Malfoys and Nicolas Flamel either.
With political events unfolding, someone should probably get Fudge fired before he drags the ministry back into the dark ages. Killing Theo's father and grandfather looks more tempting by the day too.As usual, nobody else seems inclined to do anything about it. All hands on deck, then! Harry and the chaos squad are rolling out. And they're growing in numbers.

That's Not My Cupboard
"Together, 1, 2, 3..." Cedric and Harry took hold of the Triwizard Cup....
And things start to go a little differently from there.
Just the smallest amount of interference reeks havoc with the entire Second Wizarding War, and - of course - Harry's life, because when did that ever run true to course? He's not sure he should complain though, given that the Dursleys have yet to make an appearance.
A Very Different Summer
Harry reaches the end of his 4th year at Hogwarts without Dumbledore managing to turn him back into his 14 year old self, a fact that Snape finds increasingly suspicious. He is, however, expecting to spend the summer at The Burrow, once he's got one little side trip to Privet Drive out of the way.
Fred and George teach Harry the benefits of being small, and Molly comes round to their thinking - for once she thinks they're right.
It's Only Sisters Who Are Scary
Harry's oddly nervous about Bill and Charlie coming to visit, it's easy to find much bigger brothers intimidating when you're only 4. The two oldest Weasleys are experts in big brothering though.
Fawn
Snape stops by The Burrow to see Harry and takes him back to Hogwarts for the day to investigate the effects of the de-aging and decide what should happen when school restarts.
Finding the Fifteen Year Old
It's Harry's birthday and he's at the Weasleys’, so it's already shaping up to be a pretty good birthday. He's turning either 5 or 15, which is something no one can really decide about, but each of the Weasleys have their own particular take on working it out, not to mention Hermione’s ideas.
I'll Take Care of You
Remus finally makes an appearance and re-introduces himself to Harry, along with Padfoot. Snape and Dumbledore have a discussion about Harry's future that doesn't appear to consider changing him back. And Ron tells Harry all about the 'evil rat' Scabbers.
Genuinely Gryffindor
Harry finds himself back at Hogwarts and still not resized, which after weeks at The Burrow adjusting is much more difficult than he anticipated. But it's not really Malfoy that worries him so much as the prospect of getting sent back into first year or - even worse - to the Dursleys.
The Absence of Potions
After the incident with Crabbe, and Harry's continuing problems with homework, Snape swoops in and fixes everything, making potions suddenly the most interesting class of the week. Harry, however, finds something new to worry about - accidental magic. He certainly remembers that the Dursleys didn't like it much.
Rat in a Cage
Harry has possibly the best Christmas he's ever had, surrounded by Weasleys. But in the end it's not the actual, tangible pile of presents that he's most pleased with.
Rat in the Head
When Harry starts having nightmares about Peter Pettigrew, Neville proposes a solution to the problem that doesn't involve a silencing charm. It's a good idea, but it's not good for everyone's stress levels before their OWLs.
Long-Eared OWLs
The OWLs arrive and Harry's still physically five, he's certain he's going to fail - resigned to it even. But it turns out he's completely wrong, in fact, with a little helping hand, he thinks they may have gone even better than if he'd been fifteen as he should have been.
The Real Harry
Harry accepts that Dumbledore isn't going to change him back to his original age, and decides he needs to let go of his old life.
Defective
They begin sixth year and Harry can't quite believe he's made it this far in his small body. Then inevitably, Draco Malfoy finds a way to make him wish he hadn't.
The Weasley Patrol
After the incident at Malfoy Manor, still only the size of a six year old, Harry finds himself very anxious about his surroundings (and Draco Malfoy). Bill and Charlie are summoned by Snape and Dumbledore to help out for a while, partly to prevent Molly from constantly appearing at school to check on things.
Meanwhile, the twins hold a grand opening for Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.
The Weasley Watch
Harry's anxiety, after the attack at Malfoy Manor, has improved, but not gone, and it's a relief to finally reach the end of term and go home for Christmas. Still, an encounter with Snape and Draco makes him consider the other side of the story - how will Draco's Christmas go?
Harry's first Christmas as a proper Weasley is excellent.
Riddles
Harry is still small, and so Voldemort still has no body and Pettigrew isn’t around to resurrect him. Dumbledore and Snape, with a little help, decide now is the time to go horcrux hunting. It should be much easier without an ongoing war and a madman on their tail, and it is – mostly.
The Lost Woods of Albania
Little Harry is still a horcrux, despite everything they've done to try to prevent Voldemort's return. The day after the fun of Bill and Fleur's wedding, Dumbledore and Snape visit the Weasleys to give them the news, and whilst they have ideas, they don't seem entirely clear on how they might save Harry.
Meanwhile, the oldest castle ghosts disturb Moaning Myrtle heading into the Chamber of Secrets, which she finds very suspicious.
Lily's Legacy
Everyone’s looking to remove the horcrux from Harry, but no one seems to have an answer. Finding Voldemort’s wand is a good start though.
The Forgotten Curse
Harry’s doing much better, and Voldemort’s gone, but Dumbledore lies near death. The ghosts think maybe he should join them (though Nearly Headless Nick has his reservations), but Snape wonders if they can save him after all.
Being saved is likely good for Dumbledore, but will it be good for Harry?
Imaginary Harry
In the aftermath of Dumbledore’s cure, Harry tries to come to terms with everything that’s changed. Various friends, ghosts and the odd painting help him out.

Summary
Harry decides he's done being a pawn for Dumbledore after the events that led to Arthur Weasley getting hospitalized. Instead of staying put and letting his guilt control him, he leaves, inviting Sirius to join him. He travels to Bulgaria where he meets up with Viktor Krum intent on transferring to Durmstrang.
His decision to leave sets off a chain of events that he never could have predicted, including a friendship with a boy he thought hated him.
After all, he didn't maintain friendships with the other competitors of the Triwizard Tournament so they could commiserate over what they experienced together. He's built a network of friends, and with the help of Sirius, Narcissa, and Draco, he's able to more forward and live a life he never thought he'd get to have.
