Summary
When Harry willingly sacrificed himself for the sake of the Wizarding World as was expected of him, he never imagined for a second he'd wake up in a strange chamber surrounded by people both dead and alive.
He certainly never expected Mother Magic herself to show up. Or that she'd be disappointed with his sacrifice.
He also didn't expect her to decide that almost his entire life needed to be redone... And the way she described that like it was a reasonable suggestion was unnerving at best. Terrifying at worst.
Harry had thought he'd finally fulfilled his destiny, only to learn that he was destined to so much more than death at the hands of a dark lord.
Armed with seven books, each filled with details of Harry's life he'd rather keep private, Harry and the others settle in for a lesson from Mother Magic on where they all went so horribly wrong.Anthology containing:

Summary
"they made you into a weapon and told you to find peace” - unfinished poems iii // Sarah Z
Anthology containing:
Harry Potter and the Power of Proper Communication
After the Christmas argument about Harry's Firebolt, Hermione decides that she's not putting up with the boys' sulking anymore, and she's going to do something about it. What happens next is a testament to the strong bonds forged through people actually talking to each other, the desperation involved in keeping your best friend alive and in one piece, and the desire to build a better, safer world for him to live in, no matter what the objections from the adults.
In other words, the risk in manipulating things to create child-soldiers is that they will decide that you, too, are also something to protect themselves against.
Revised, Edited, and Rewritten: After a lot of feedback about how the writing got better as this fic went on, I've been taking a break, not just to have the burn-out breakdown from IRL work, but also to rewrite some of the earlier chapters (mostly 1-5) hoping to improve on what was already there, and add things I wish I'd thought of the first time.
Updated So Far: Chapters 1, 2, and 3 - an additional chapter inserted after Chapter 3 - and 4 (which is now Chapter 5, I guess)A Pride of Lions
As crazy as it is to live the Trio’s lives, it’s equally wild to view it from the outside. Some even find it entertaining.
Snapshots from the Staff Room…
It’s every teacher’s goal for their students to outgrow them. To learn more, discover, innovate…
The staff of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, 1993, weren’t prepared to see it happen so soon, in students so young, nor to see it occur so suddenly and so completely.
Some are proud to see it at all, some ponder what it means, but others… others feel the hot swell of shame…
*
A series of differing perspectives from the teachers of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, during Harry Potter's Third Year.
Grimmauld Summer
“I think the only reason I never lost my mind is that I knew I was innocent. That wasn’t a happy thought, so the Dementors couldn’t suck it out of me… but it kept me sane and knowing who I am…”
Sirius Black doesn’t exactly have much in his life right now to be happy about, but that’s alright – that only means that it’s real, and no one can take it away from him.
In which Sirius is probably not alright, but he’s all Harry’s got, and Harry doesn’t have time to wait for Sirius to wallow. The only thing he can do is keep going and do the best he can.Shelves: Harry Potter

Summary
Hogwarts is the very last place that Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy want to return to after the war. The Castle feels claustrophobic and stifling. Both feel trapped within its walls.
Harry is traumatised by the war, by his sudden breakup from Ginny, and by the knowledge that his friends all know what they want to do with their life.
Meanwhile Draco is reeling. He has narrowly escaped an Azkaban prison sentence and is struggling under the strict rules of his probation. He doesn't know where his mother is, and finds himself a pariah among the other students.
The last thing that either student wants is mandatory Mind Healing. What has happened to them feels so big and devastating, that writing to a stranger feels farcical.
Even so, they are not given a choice.
Harry and Draco are both given a shared magical diary, and soon they begin writing letters to an anonymous fellow student.
Their letters, terse at first, grow longer as the days pass. Before long, each wizard confesses their secrets and their fantasies, their wishes and their dreams.
What will happen when their true identities are exposed? Will their vulnerable new relationship be destroyed before it has even begun?

Summary
Harry just wants to have a quiet life and get along with everyone. He wants to be normal, and accepted. Being “normal” for the Dursleys yielded great results in improving his standard of living, and as he heads off to Hogwarts he still retains that impulse to keep his head down and blend in. Of course, life isn’t as simple as that, and Harry is a magnet for trouble. And what does "normal" really mean, anyway? The pure-bloods in his group of friends think he should learn more about their culture and religion if he wants to fit in.
Anthology containing:
The Definition of Normal
A young Harry learns the everyday power of words. He's going to make the Dursleys happy by being "normal". Then they'll love him, just like they love Dudley! It's a flawless plan... right?
A New Kind of Normal
Harry doesn’t want to learn magic or go to Hogwarts – he just wants to be normal, like the Dursleys. But a meddling, crazy old wizard won’t take “no” for an answer. Harry might have to learn how to be a normal wizard instead. But who will teach him what that means – Light wizards or pure-blood friends?
Parseltongue is Really Very Ordinary
Harry’s been learning about pure-blood culture, with Pansy’s help, and trying to blend in as an ordinary wizard. But will all his attempts at seeming normal be ruined when they find out he can speak to snakes? His Slytherin friends take the news differently than the Gryffindors.
An Abnormal Godfather
Harry finds juggling studying for his Muggle IGCSEs and his Hogwarts subjects harder than he expected, especially with the distraction of Sirius Black escaping Azkaban. What he really needs is more time… why does Hermione look so guilty when he says that?
Extraordinary Summer
It’s the summer of Harry’s fourth year, and Harry's holiday isn't turning out to be particularly normal even by wizarding standards. Most young wizards don't include a promotional book tour in their holiday itinerary after all! During his tour Harry meets werewolves, a hag, and other interesting characters, and visits the fascinatingly unique magical districts of Paris, and Libreville in Gabon.
His snake Storm's company on his many outings are causing Harry's denials of being the Heir of Slytherin to wear thin in many people's eyes.
Well, at least Harry can hope that the Quidditch World Cup will be relatively uneventful.
Unprecedented Competition
The Triwizard Tournament has come to Hogwarts (much to the disgust of Quidditch players), but Harry agrees with Draco that only an idiot would want to get mixed up in something that dangerous. With not one but two Lord Voldemorts out there wreaking havoc – one of whom keeps trying to befriend Harry – he has enough trouble on his plate already.
Have You Forgotten What Happened in this Series?
This fic doesn't contain new information, it's a meta work providing brief summaries of fics in the “Perfectly Normal” series. Each chapter summarises one of the fics as an aid to refresh your memory if it’s been a while since you read the series but you want to pick up where you left off. Warning – major spoilers ahead!
If you have any lingering questions about plot points or characters, please comment with your query only on the relevant chapter summarising the fic in question, so that you don’t spoil the story for others.

Summary
At first Harry wonders if they’ve managed to destroy his vaults and are trying to tell him in the most oblique way possible. But when he turns the page he realises they’ve found a vault. A vault in the name of Lily and James Potter.
The parchment trembles a little in Harry’s hand. He takes another gulp of wine.
Harry Potter left Britain after the war and didn’t look back. Ten years later, when Gringotts discovers a vault containing his parents’ belongings—including their badly spell-damaged wedding rings—he’s forced to face up to friends and family who’ve grown in ways he could never imagine, a wizarding London rebuilt beyond his expectations, and the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s the entirely unforeseen problem of Draco Malfoy.
Featuring pureblood wizarding traditions, ancestral magic, open mic nights, marriage equality, a diner in Brooklyn, and the return of Fleamont Potter.
