Harry Potter was tired. After surviving the graveyard and going back to the Dursleys, it seems all his friends and godfather can say to him is "We'll talk when we meet, I can't say anything". He genuinely doesn't know if he can last another month like this. And if he doesn't get news, he'll find some for himself. So he decided to leave, just for a month. The only thing he wants is to breathe. Maybe for the last time.
Of course, nothing was ever easy for Harry - it really shouldn’t surprise him that he turns out to be a wanted criminal, acquires unholy ancient magic and becomes the third side of the war himself, not to mention the pretty blonde whom he picks up while he's on the run.

Tim started. “What kind of deal?” he asked cautiously. He didn’t think she was a malicious kind of magic user, but one should always be cautious when using magic to make any kind of deal.
She must have seen where he was going because she waved her hand dismissively. “The old fashioned kind. My word for yours. I’ll call off my golems–” Hah, Tim knew he was right. He’d have to interrogate her about their specifics later. “--and let Red Hood and you only help me.” Her voice wavered a bit at the end there, and Tim knew she really was trying to compromise with him. “If you let me help you,” she finished smoothly.
The bats get hit with an empathy spell linked to Tim. They learn about how much their young bird is hurting.

Summary

"You're the worst," Harry gasps out between breaths. His heartbeat pounds overwhelmingly loud in his ears as he loses his senses. His eyes drop to Draco's lips again, and he swallows loudly, interrupting the silence that is only filled with the sound of their heavy breathing. "Fuck you Malfoy."

Harry is tired of being enemies with Draco. He has more important things to worry about. The most pressing of those being his real enemy, Voldemort, who is now at large.
And then Draco starts acting suspicious and Harry wants to know the truth. He always tries to believe the best in people, but Harry is starting to wonder if there is any good left in Draco at all.

“The head mind-healer herself wanted to address the possible trauma and PTSD that you and your Padawan may have received during this mission.” Eeth said, cursing his old Master in his mind and behind sufficient barriers. Why didn’t she just ask Master Yoda to order Knight Kenobi? Then, maybe then, Eeth wouldn’t have had to be the one to break the news. Again. Make it so, indeed, Eeth thought. “She has also asked me to inform you” curse you, Master, “that there will be nowhere to hide, so ‘best be done with it.’”~ooor~ this author thinks that Obi-wan and Anakin both need all the hugs and therapy they can get, so here is my best approximation of a fixit series. “So you’ve told me before, Prof,” he said. Anakin grasped Obi-wan’s hand in a mission-hug, but Obi-wan used that to pull his padawan – his son – into an actual hug. “Obi?”
“T’la had a bad feeling at the start of all this,” Obi-wan murmured into Anakin’s shoulder, “you’ve been having nightmares.” Anakin clutched Obi-wan back and a slight tremble ran through his hands. “Stay safe, mo phàiste. Use only the secure comms, don’t leave Naboo unless absolutely necessary for the Senator’s protection.” Anakin nodded against Obi-wan’s shoulder and they finally separated. Obi-wan had been able to gather himself while speaking into Anakin’s shoulder and smiled at the Senator."
