    Summary

In the kid’s defense, it didn’t look like an intentional grift. Something about the shine in his eyes, or the way he scraped his chucks along the rug like he was burrowing in.

No, this one didn’t come up with the idea on his own.

More likely his mama needed a convenient scapegoat for her bastard and a PR-shined billionaire in hotrod red armor was a lot more flattering than Joe-the-out-of-work-stage-hand.

    - - - -

A story he'd heard dozens of times before, except this one was actually true.

When Peter Parker turns up, desperate and alone, in the lobby of Stark Tower, it changes everything - Tony's life, relationships, and even the very course of history.

Or, the Stony-Civil-War-Fix-It nobody asked for, in the form of one very lovable, spider-shaped sprog.

    Summary

When Toni Stark flew a nuke through a wormhole and fell back to Earth, something dark and old came back with her. It latched onto the only worthy living thing and created a home for itself inside her body.

Years later, in the aftermath of the Civil War, Toni puts herself back together and gets to work to set things right and bring the rogue Avengers home. Because it's what she's always done: fix things.

But through the muck and the mire, through the pain and the betrayal, through the hurts that don't want to heal, that something inside of her, which has lain quiet and patient for all these years, opens its eyes and wakes up.

    Summary

After surviving his life up to his eighteenth birthday, Harry wasn't really surprised when he got a letter that told him his biological father was Tony Stark.

Exasperated? Absolutely. Surprised? Not so much.

He had stopped thinking anything was too crazy to happen to him around the time he fought a fifty feet long Basilisk obeying a memory from a diary with an old hat and a sword. As a fucking twelve year old.

Already on the search for himself outside of the boy who lived twice, Harry decides to visit his biological father.

Tony thought after meeting literal gods, fighting against invading Aliens and flying a Nuke through a wormhole into space that nothing could shock him anymore.

He is, of course, wrong. Trying to house the Avengers is anything but a piece of cake, especially while ignoring his crush on Captain America of all people.

But nothing tops finding out that he has a son. A son he didn't know about. A son that has the same look in his startling green eyes that Tony recognizes from his own reflection.

Tony has no idea if he can be a father, especially to someone who looks so lost but he will die trying, that's for sure.

  7. Summary

After his dad is murdered, Stiles takes his revenge and finds another part of himself in his magic. Only to be kicked out and turned away by the people who meant most to him. His pack and boyfriend.

Now not knowing what to do, he leaves Beacon Hills to go to New York. There he meets the Avengers and finds a new family and new love.

But can he heal himself with his newfound family?

    ***

Stiles denies everything, ''I don't know what you think you know, but I know that I don't know anything about it.''

''Are you trying to confuse me, Mr. Stilinski?''

''Of course not. Why would I want to confuse you? It serves no point in having you confused, the confusion would only grow, and I would be in a tough spot explaining myself to a confused person. Did you know that confusion is a-''

''Please stop talking.'' The man grits out. Stiles nods quickly and puts his lips together. He even zips them and locks them up before throwing away the key, but unfortunately, the man doesn't seem amused. Tough crowd.

Tony died a heroic death and would have been worthy to know Cosmic Peace, but his Ties to others were so taut that he was about to become a specter, eventually Haunting those whom he loved more than anything.

So a Powerful Being replaced him in Time (and space), forcing him to live Another life for 20 years if he ever wanted to see the Avengers again. This is how Tony Stark became a Wizard in Hogwarts.

    Summary

Tony knew better than to play with alien toys. He really did. But there was just something so tempting about other-worldly objects. It turned out that he wasn't the only Tony Stark that felt that way. One explosion later, there's a brand new Tony in town. But there's something not quite right about this Tony and how he reacts to the team, the way he flinches away from Bucky or shakes when Steve picks up the shield or won't turn his back to Clint and Natasha.

It turns out that not every Tony Stark is as lucky as Tony, but damned if Tony, Steve and Bucky aren't going to fix that.

(or, the one where canon MCU Tony gets thrown into a fanon world and gets ALL THE LOVE from the fanon version of the team)

    What’s In A Name?

Desolate after losing the woman that he thought he loved, Tony Stark was dangerously close to hitting rock bottom.
Then he received a life-altering phone call.

    Pieces of Echoes

When weapons designer and SHIELD consultant Tony Stark and his son are kidnapped following a routine weapons demonstration, newly defrosted World War II hero Steve Rogers is sent to find them.

But what begins as just another mission, a way for Captain America to reintegrate back into society, quickly warps into something more as betrayals are discovered, harsh, long-buried truths are finally brought to light, and Tony and Steve come to realise that their biggest allies are each other.

    Chasing Demons

Tony and Steve managed to defeat the combined forces of Aldrich Killian and Obadiah Stane, but that victory came at a great cost. Because while they both wanted nothing more than to live in peace with their son, Peter, and the rest of their found Avengers’ family, sometimes the demons left behind in the wake of battle are just too strong to ignore.

They cut off one head, but now two more have taken its place.

Toni Stark is four years old when she understands the truth. Her father wanted a son and she never will be good enough for him. It's the words her Aunt Peggy leaves her with that define her life: plant yourself like a tree and make others move.

Years later, she still holds that lesson to heart to fight for what she believes in.

    Suspension of Belief

They always talk about the calm before the storm.
They always dream about the sunshine after the rain.
But the truth is that it’s the middle, the moment the thunder strikes and the earth rattles, the moment it pours, that all becomes very, very clear.

A story about those three years of silence, three years to be apart, three years to think it through.
Three years to learn how to regret.

    Trust Fall

Tony has always been creator and destroyer. A man who can reach out and touch and make the world burn or gleam gold, or both, and he never knows which one it’ll be until it's too late. But for all he is a man of science, he cannot deny the obvious, cruel, cruel irony of his curse, of his legacy, of his fate - Of this mission he’s been given, seemingly, by the universe itself.

Tony once built himself a new heart with a box of scraps. Now, he will have to find a way to bring back life directly from the ashes.

And if he does not burn himself to the ground on the way, maybe – just maybe, he will live long enough to see his world turn to gold one last time.

Tony Stark always knew about Peter Parker. He didn't know that Peter was going to get superpowers and become Spider-Man, but he always knew about Peter because Peter was his son.

This will span from pre-Iron Man up through the rest of the MCU (eventually including Infinity War) and will be for the most part canon compliant except where I've taken some liberties and interpreted canon a certain way.

    Spider-Man: Coming of Age

Peter Parker, now in his junior year, is having a wonderful year since being brought back from the snap, something he has little to no memory of. He has his best friend Ned, his crush, MJ, Aunt May got a promotion, and recently he’s been spending more and more time with Mr. Stark. He’s even managed to hold onto the iron-spider suit! However, upon meeting a chance meeting with his teacher’s boyfriend, he soon learns that there is more to being a hero than punching bad guys and swinging from buildings. This story has a slow build to the action.
    (This is my first fanfic)
    *Written pre-Endgame release*(so obviously not canon ;) )

    Spider-Man: The Old Man's Battle

Part Two: When a dear friends wedding is interrupted and another is kidnapped, Peter Parker finds himself teaming up with Steve Rogers to save the day. Mean while, Tony grapples with the idea of fatherhood, desperate to avoid the same mistakes his own father made, but ultimately makes his own errors.

(Written pre End-Game release. So obviously not canon ;) Just some fun!)

(Also, End-Game is an amazing movie but it won't affect the outcome of this fic since I finished writing it at the start of April)

    Spider-Man: The Enemy Within

Part 3: One year after the events of The Old Man's Battle, Peter Parker is preparing to go to college and wants to spend the small break he has in between with his friends, Ned and MJ. When disaster strikes New York City and a new enemy emerges, Peter finds himself teaming up with the last person he want's to see: Tony Stark.

(This was planned out pre Endgame release. So obviously not canon, just some fun. ;) )

    Summary

Tony Stark could never have imagined fatherhood would be this stressful—oh right, he had, which is why he never had kids—but then along came a spider.

Peter Parker is your average dorky kid; he attends high school, plays video games with his friend, tries to get his homework in on time, and—oh right—swings through the city, dodging bullets and roping up bad guys in his spare time. Life can get pretty complicated while trying to live two separate lives, especially when one draws a lot of attention, and not always the good kind.

  16. Summary

President Steven Grant Rogers was gearing up to run for president again and he had yet to deliver on his major campaign promise from the first term: reverse the effects of climate change by at least 40%. Luckily for him, billionaire genius inventor Tony Stark had just the technology to do it.

Less luckily for Steve, he was totally into Tony, who had no idea Steve was gay because essentially no one knew Steve was gay. If Steve has to choose between a second crack at the office or a first crack at true love, which one wins?

    +++++++

The "American President" re-telling no one was asking for (except my subconscious), where Steve is President and Tony is ... well... himself.

Thanks to Aaron Sorkin for some of the dialogue and the general inspiration and to all of these yahoos for being so much fun to muck around with.

    Summary

At 25, Tony Stark watched as the government found a lost icon, and reintroduced him to the world. At 25, Tony refused to join the Avengers Initiative, only stepping forward to help when the world became endangered. He'd used the suit he'd created to fly a missile into the sky.

At 27, Tony watched as the group of heroes turned against the government. He watched as they teamed up with a man formally known as James Barnes, and destroyed the system. Steve Rogers had come to the conclusion that if the world he’d woken up in was in chaos, then they would force it to run as they wanted. It took one year before the group had systematically taken over the world.

Tony didn't grow up into a playboy. He didn't grow up in the spotlight like everyone had expected. He grew up fast, and mostly alone. So when the former heroes took over the government, he and a small group of friends went into hiding.

“Stark, I’ve been looking for you,” the man’s grin was anything but kind. Feral. Steve tilted his head as he stared at the face plate that had slid over Tony’s face. “Do you know, you’re just as pretty as your dad was, and even smarter.”

At the age of 28, Tony Stark became the most wanted man on the planet.

    Tony Stark is dead.

Or, at least, that's what the world believes - that the great Iron Man was killed by Captain America in the Civil War. But if there's anything Tony Stark has proven over the years, it's that he's difficult to kill. And if there's anything Steve Rogers has proven over the years, it's that he's not a murderer.

Love is complicated but it always wins.

Before the suits and the super soldier resurrections, Pepper loved Tony. Then he ended up in a cave and got brave enough to tell her he loved her, too. Then Steve showed up and needed a family, and then Peter needed one, too.

Then there was the Winter Soldier and trips to Wakanda and battles against Thanos and through it all, they all needed a safe place to land.
