    Checks and Balances

Izuku Midoriya was a competitive cheerleader up until an injury to his hand made tumbling and stunting an impossibility. It's devastating to think that cheer could be out of his life for good—until a pair of enthusiastic classmates show up at Izuku's dorm room with a signup sheet for a new club: hockey cheerleading. All that's left to do is learn how exactly hockey works...and try not to think too much about the prodigious freshman right wing, who's just about the most wonderful person Izuku's ever met.

Shouto Todoroki has eaten, slept, and breathed hockey his whole life. He's got a legacy to live up to with his pro-hockey old man, and he's no stranger to the scrutiny and expectations of his coaches and teammates. It's different now that he plays for UA, though. He's got a former pro coach who sees potential in him and teammates who might actually like him as a person. Then there's the cheerleading captain, who's kind and compassionate in a way Shouto's never known—and who won't rest until Shouto stops dismissing hockey as nothing more than his old man's game.

    The Road to Varsity

UA's hockey team is legendary, so much so that their all-freshman JV team basically plays a tryout season. Players either move on to Varsity or see the end of their college hockey careers. Everyone keeps telling Shouto Todoroki that he's a shoo-in for Varsity, but nothing is guaranteed in hockey. He'll have to work harder than ever to take his spot. At least when the pressure looms over him, he knows he can lean on the person he loves for support.

Turning in competitions for cheering on the sidelines at hockey games was an easier transition than Izuku Midoriya expected. He fell in love with the game and the JV team's star player. Sometimes he misses stunting and tumbling. It's hard not to think about what life at UA would have been like if he'd been able to compete on the varsity cheer squad. Then again, things have a way of working themselves out.

    For a price.

?. Izura Shigadoriya: Why Aizawa Needs to Stop - Week (3?), ???

    Anthology containing:

    Assignment: Personality Swap

It was a normal day in Class 1-A, emphasis on the 'was'.
Really, when Aizawa was giving his lecture on the importance of personas in heroics, they should have just listened...instead, they get to deal with a Midoriya that acts like Bakugou for the day.
    Hint: It's terrifying.

Or: I wanted to write a personality swap story, so here's 5k of exactly that!!!

Aftermath (of an Act Gone Too Far)

"And here I thought that was beat out of you years ago."
Shouta has some concerns about the things Midoriya said while acting as Bakugou.

    A long-needed talk finally occurs.

    Tuesday

After Midoriya's successful attempt of impersonating Bakugou for the entirety of Monday, Aizawa decides that the boy will impersonate him on Tuesday.

Or: You guys asked about Tuesday, so here you go. Featuring some Dadzawa for the soul.

    Rat God Wednesday

When he gets the text from Aizawa, he can't help but grin.

‘Aizawa-sensei: If you feel up to it tomorrow, your person for tomorrow is Nedzu.

Aizawa-sensei: What do you say, kid?’
    ---
Or: Izuku acts like Nedzu for a day. Kami help us all.

    Present Micdoriya

Aizawa decides to give Yamada a break from his despair, and has Midoriya impersonate Present Mic for a day.
    Things go...well, they go!

The Mightiest End to the Week

You already know at this point...

    Aizawa v. Aldera

Local Underground Hero Verbally Beats Down Aldera Principal.
    It's about what you'd expect.

Izura Shigadoriya: Why Aizawa Needs to Stop

The students of 1-A should have known, truly. With how quiet it had been, how peaceful the days had become...it was only a matter of time, really.

Only a quick reprieve, before everything went wrong.

    Nemurizuku

A new week, a new start. A new chance for Aizawa to traumatize his students and coworkers yet again.
And a chance for Aizawa to talk with the Bakugous, to explain what he's learned.

    ---
Or: I heard your chants for Midnight Monday, I hope all of you are satisfied.

One Shot, One Take, One-Hundred Percent Accuracy

Izuku acts like Snipe, because Shouta doesn't think Yuuei can handle Midoriya with anyone with a more powerful character.
But maybe the power was in Izuku, and not the character itself.
    ---
Or: Shouta doesn't want to give a kid a shovel talk, but it's looking like a real issue more and more nowadays...

True Man (like a Hero, but Normal)

Nemuri was too chaotic. Snipe was still too much. But who can Aizawa tell Midoriya to be, that could possibly be plainer than anyone else?
    Oh, wait...

    Or: Naomasa Tsukauchi, True Man.
    Let's hope he's plain enough...

    Midoriyan Torino Thursday

Alright, Shouta thinks that he’s been nice enough for a lifetime. He gave his colleagues their breaks, he gave himself a break from his students and their pining, he’s rearing and ready to go.

And if he ever so much as thinks that phrase again, Shouta thinks that he might just quit his job on the spot. Kami, he’s been working with kids for too long.
    --
Or: It's time for Midoriya to impersonate our favorite old man!
(With a bonus excerpt from Naomasa Tsukauchi, because someone asked for it and I'm bad at saying no to people!)

    Deck the Halls

The students of 1-A celebrate Christmas, and reminisce on the chaos that is Izuku Midoriya.
    That's it.

    Summary

After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn’t quite sure there’s anything left for him to live for, but...he can’t exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can’t technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. He’ll be able to save people even without being a hero and, if he happens to die while he’s at it...well, like Kacchan said, maybe he’d be born with a quirk in the next life.

Oh, and apparently his neighbor's son, Midoriya Izuku, is not only his homeroom teacher, but also his favorite hero - Dekiru?
