Summary
It didn’t start when All Might told Izuku Midoriya that he couldn’t be a hero. It started much earlier than that, when Hisashi Midoriya walked out on Inko, taking with him their four and a half year old son.“Daddy, I want to help people!” Izuku cried.
All For One waited for the qualification.
“But… But… I don’t think I can do it as a hero,” his son wailed. “But I still want to help people!”
Hisashi hugged his son. “You will help people, Izuku.” He placed his cheek on the crown of Izuku’s head. His son’s green curls were so soft and he just held his boy for a few moments longer. “You will stand by my side when I change the world,” All For One told his son. “You will be my dragon,” he added.All For One will devote a lot of time to investments he considers worthwhile. His son is one such investment.

UA tries its best to prepare its students for anything, but one topic it never covered: what to do if you wake up in an alternate dimension. Six students suddenly find themselves in an unfamiliar world where the balance between Heroes and Villains is more unstable than ever and they have no idea how they got there or to get home. When Izuku was 14 he discovered Yagi-san was All Might, and Izuku inherited his quirk. One for All. When Izuku is 15 the League of Villains step onto the scene. When Izuku is 15 he falls in love.

Izuku was exhausted, he had won his fight against the greatest villain there is, All For One or Hisashi Midoriya, his own father, but in a strange twist, his father decides to be a good parent and give him a birthday present.
Now Izuku is back into the past before any of his friends could die but he is back with not only One For All but All For One and all of it's quirks too so he now must live his life again with the other OFA users and the ghost of his dead father hiding the fact that he is from the future and that he is now the strongest person on earth.
He might do a little of vigilantism, taking care of a few villains that would be a pain in the ass later on, maybe putting a few of them in the right track and adopting all of his class.

Summary
With only one, small city remaining as civilization in Japan, the last of the UA heroes come together to enact their last remaining plan for success. Deku is elected as the one to be sent back in time to save the future, to stop a world overrun with Noumu and an overpowered, vengeful Shigaraki. He is, however, sent back a bit too far - 6 years too far infact.

He realizes that he doesn’t need a quirk to be a hero, he realizes he doesn’t even need to be a pro hero to put a smile on someone’s face.
He starts a HeroTube channel that gets popular fast. He has many fans, some of them are villains and heroes.
He is going to do great things, but first let’s see if he can try to make a Froppy cosplay from stuff around his house in 7 minutes.
In a different world, he would have asked if he wanted it be a hero and All Might would have said no which would have led to him being a hero. But in this world, instead of jumping on his leg and taking off to a rooftop to learn All Might’s secret. Izuku actually goes home with his autograph held tight against his chest. There is no rescuing Katsuki from the smile monster that led to him gaining a quirk.
In this universe, after Izuku goes home an infection from the slide villain leads him to go to the hospital for few days to gets rid of the infection inside his body. In this universe, instead of becoming a hero, a villain or a vigilante, Izuku becomes a famous HeroTuber
